Installation Steps:

Plan the Layout:

Determine the mounting location for the AirGuard 100 unit. It should be close to a power outlet and the area you want to clean.

Plan the routing of the rubber hose along the doorway or area.
-
Ensure the hose will not obstruct the door's movement.

Mount the AirGuard 100 Unit:
-
Use the mounting brackets as a template to mark the screw holes on the wall.

Use a level to ensure the brackets are straight.
-
Drill pilot holes.
-
Attach the mounting brackets to the wall.
-
Mount the AirGuard 100 unit onto the brackets.
-
Connect the Rubber Hose:
-
Attach the hose connectors to the AirGuard 100 unit's outlets.

Attach the rubber hose to the connectors.
-
If using the Single Door Kit, route the 8-foot hose along the desired area.
-
If using the Double Door Kit, route the 18-foot hose to cover both sides of the door.

Use hose clamps to secure the hose if necessary.

Attach the right-angle connector at the bottom of the hose, near the floor.

Connect the Vacuum Cleaner:

Ensure your vacuum cleaner is turned OFF.

Connect the vacuum cleaner's hose to the appropriate inlet on the AirGuard 100 unit.

Make sure the connection is secure.

Electrical Connection:

Ensure the power outlet is turned OFF.
-
Plug the AirGuard 100 unit into the power outlet.

Test the System:

Turn ON the power outlet.
-
Turn ON your vacuum cleaner.

Adjust the AirGuard 100's speed control knob to achieve the desired airflow.

Test the system by opening and closing the door to ensure proper cleaning.

Final Adjustments:

Make any necessary adjustments to the hose position or speed control.

Ensure all connections are secure.
Important Notes:

The AirGuard 100 relies on the blowing power of your vacuum cleaner. Ensure your vacuum has sufficient airflow.

Do not restrict airflow through the hose, as this can damage your vacuum cleaner.
