Coffee & Pi Labs is committed to providing high-quality AirGuard products. This page outlines the warranty coverage for our AirGuard automatic cleaning systems.

Important Exclusions:

Please note that the warranty coverage detailed below applies to the AirGuard unit only.

Any third-party accessories, such as vacuum cleaners used with the AirGuard 100, are subject to the manufacturer's warranty and are excluded from the Coffee & Pi Labs warranty. Please refer to the respective manufacturer's warranty for those items.  

Standard Warranty

  • Coverage: Coffee & Pi Labs provides a one (1) year standard warranty on AirGuard systems, covering manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.
  • Limitations:
    • Accident, misuse, neglect, or abuse.  
    • Improper operation or maintenance.  
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.  
    • Normal wear and tear.  
    • External causes such as power surges, extreme environmental conditions, or acts of nature.  

3-Year Extended Warranty (Optional)

  • Coverage: For enhanced protection, Coffee & Pi Labs offers an optional 3-year extended warranty on AirGuard systems, providing the following benefits:
    • Coverage for manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.  
    • Yearly tune-ups of the AirGuard system during the 3-year warranty period to ensure optimal performance (if applicable).  
    • One-time full AirGuard system repair or replacement (at Coffee & Pi Labs' discretion) if the unit sustains damage during the warranty period.  
  • Exclusions:
    • Shipping costs associated with any warranty service, including tune-ups, repairs, or replacements, are not included in the 3-year extended warranty and are the responsibility of the customer.  
    • The same limitations as the Standard Warranty also apply to the 3-Year Extended Warranty.  

Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Coffee & Pi Labs customer support at [Your Customer Support Email or Phone Number] to initiate the warranty claim process.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.  
  3. Coffee & Pi Labs support will provide instructions on returning the product for evaluation.  

Disclaimer

  • Coffee & Pi Labs reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered by the warranty.  
  • Repair or replacement of the product under this warranty is the sole remedy, and Coffee & Pi Labs shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.  
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
