AirGuard is committed to providing high-quality AirGuard products. This page outlines the warranty coverage for our AirGuard automatic cleaning systems.

Important Exclusions:

Please note that the warranty coverage detailed below applies to the AirGuard unit only.

Any third-party accessories, such as vacuum cleaners used with the AirGuard 100, are subject to the manufacturer's warranty and are excluded from the AirGuard warranty. Please refer to the respective manufacturer's warranty for those items.  

Standard Warranty

  • Coverage: AirGuard provides a one (1) year standard warranty on AirGuard systems, covering manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.

  • Limitations:

    • Accident, misuse, neglect, or abuse.  

    • Improper operation or maintenance.  

    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.  

    • Normal wear and tear.  

    • External causes such as power surges, extreme environmental conditions, or acts of nature.  

3-Year Extended Warranty 49$ (Optional)

  • Coverage: For enhanced protection, AirGuard offers an optional 3-year extended warranty on AirGuard systems, providing the following benefits:

    • Coverage for manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.  

    • Yearly tune-ups of the AirGuard system during the 3-year warranty period to ensure optimal performance (if applicable).  

    • One-time full AirGuard system repair or replacement (at AirGuard discretion) if the unit sustains damage during the warranty period.  

  • Exclusions:

    • Shipping costs associated with any warranty service, including tune-ups, repairs, or replacements, are not included in the 3-year extended warranty and are the responsibility of the customer.  

    • The same limitations as the Standard Warranty also apply to the 3-Year Extended Warranty.  

Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact AirGuard customer support at +1 925-444-5580 to initiate the warranty claim process.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.  

  3. AirGuard support will provide instructions on returning the product for evaluation.  

Disclaimer

  • AirGuard reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered by the warranty.  

  • Repair or replacement of the product under this warranty is the sole remedy, and AirGuard shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.  

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
