1. Product Overview

The AirGuard system is an intelligent air-blowing barrier designed to maintain clean entryways by preventing dust and debris from entering controlled environments. It is especially useful for industrial doors, cleanrooms, and workshops.

Each model serves different use cases:

  • AG100: Simple relay-operated unit.
  • AG200: Motorized with adjustable air flow.
  • AG300: Portable battery-powered version.

2. Safety Information

  • Always turn off the unit before maintenance.
  • Do not immerse in water or use in high humidity.
  • Use only compatible rubber tubing and fittings.
  • For AG300, use only certified 12V lithium-ion batteries.

4. Installation Guide

Step 1: Identify Setup Location

  • Choose a flat wall near the door entrance.
  • Recommended height: bottom edge of the rubber tube aligns with floor level.

Step 2: Attach Rubber Tube

  • Use the elbow connector to fix the rubber tube (single or double door).
  • Secure with the clamp provided.

Step 3: Connect to Machine

For AG100:

  • Plug vacuum motor (sold separately) into one of the power sockets.
  • Connect relay box to power source.

For AG200:

  • Use built-in motor. Plug into wall outlet.
  • Adjust airflow using the dial.

For AG300:

  • Insert fully charged lithium battery.
  • Connect motor and adjust airflow.

5. Operation Instructions

AirGuard 100 (AG100)

  • Relay-based unit; no motor.
  • Power ON: Connect the vacuum motor.
  • Connect rubber tube to doorway to direct air curtain.

AirGuard 200 (AG200)

  • Turn dial clockwise to increase airflow.
  • Motor speed: up to 22,000 RPM.
  • Quiet operation: 5–7 dB

AirGuard 300 (AG300)

  • Insert 12V lithium battery.
  • Use speed dial to adjust.
  • Ideal for mobile or power-scarce environments.

7. Maintenance

  • Clean filters monthly.
  • Check connectors for air leaks.
  • For AG300, recharge battery after every 6–8 hours of use.
